This course, available only in May and June, includes a 2-hour all-you-can-drink option.You can enjoy a total of eight dishes, including appetizers that make the most of seasonal ingredients, three kinds of sashimi, charcoal-grilled Hiroshima beef, and shabu-shabu with freshly caught conger eel from the Seto Inland Sea and watercress from Setoda.We also offer chilled steamed egg custard with glazed prawns and dried bonito broth, as well as steamed eel sushi.This is highly recommended for more luxurious banquets than usual.You can also make a reservation for food only.
